Loyalty is crucial in any work environment as it fosters employee engagement, motivation, and dedication. • Tools: Online collaboration is crucial for assigning work, tracking working hours, measuring productivity, sharing documents, etc. Various tools help you track work hours. Workday, Zoho, Clockify, timesheet, and Jibble are some time-tracking tools to explore. Spending on these tools is not an expense. However, your employees may not be in favor of these, but it helps you gauge how productive your employees are.

  • Emphasize Employee Engagement: Reinforce the organization’s mission, values, and goals to remote employees. Encourage employees to participate in virtual social events, team-building activities, and online training programs to foster a sense of belonging and reinforce company culture.
