The amount of remote workers is increasing all around the world. There are many workers who work every day cut off from the daily activities, without any team goal or targets. According to Gallup poll, about 43% of the U.S. residents are remote workers.
In this scenario, it is very essential to solve the isolation issues arising within the remote workers and the cost issues of the business. This blog will explain about some of the ways in which you can keep remote employees engaged and active on work, and they are:
1. Monitoring employees is very essential
The first thing that you need to do is set clear plans for the employees based on each week. Keep a specific date as deadline. Make sure that your remote employees understand the point where they will have to submit work up to the given deadline.
