What’s a conversational design? It can be called as an interactive interface that leverages human conversation. It flows naturally and users tend to learn it on their own. It’s not far that traditional web UI forms will become obsolete and you’ll see more of AI’s capabilities in each and every aspect of the design. The conversational design with make more people web-savvy, for it will also evoke easiness to use complex technologies with learning being quicker at both the ends!

Voice-Driven User Interfaces

Voice-drive user interfaces, also known as VUIs enable the users to interact with a system using voice or speech commands. Some of the most common examples of VUIs today are Siri, Alexa, Bixby, etc. Furthermore, Google has been experiencing increased number of voice searches day by day!

Individuals generally associate voice with personal communication, and that’s the reason VUIs are up and coming thing of future.

Because of the intricate nature of users conversing with an VUI, it’s far more challenging to create a VUI than the graphical one. While the former involves way more number and type of interactions with the system, the latter can be summed up with a limited number of functions. UX designers need to pay close attention to how easily a user might overstep with expectations, because, as said, individuals associate voice with personal communication.
